I was no stranger to this mindset. At one point I even ended up with panic attacks. But no matter how much I achieved, it never felt like enough. It’s enabled me to learn how to swim at the age of 53, do handstands, ice baths, sleep wild on mountaintops and many other things I never dreamt were possible.
